Polaris : A very nice script for IRC, much like mIRC just with a couple of add-ons.
Invision : Probably the most popular script for IRC users, with features like: XDCC, Fserve, TDCC, and lots more.
Excursion : A very new script added to the family. Much like Invision, but also has a built in Win amp like player. Will probably become more popular then Invision soon.
Omen Serve : A scriptadd-on for any of the above or mIRC for serving mp3s, videos, and all kinds of other media. Be careful about what you want people to d/l off you :)
